Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia/Pasadena Area

This was an exceptionally difficult stay. Due to the catastrophic fires, there were lots of evacuees, our hearts go out to them, and the entire community. Staff at this property did an excellent job in ensuring everyone was cared for.

Good size room. Hotel location was very convenient for transportation and food. Close to the train stop so we rode the train many times to Pasadena. Everything was clean. I liked that there was a pool option even though we didn't use it. Parking is abundant.

The location is great I love Arcadia! The entire property is clean including the parking lots.

The stay was great the employees were great the only bad thing about this place would probably be the fact that the beds are horrible. The bed frames were old maybe from the 70s the mattress. Felt like if the springs were gonna pop out and poke is in the back as we slept. I was happy we weren’t sleeping much. Carpet had a dark red stain on the floor like someone recently had spilled something All in all good experience except for the beds. The breakfast was great. Wide variety. The gym was my best place to be in. Def enjoyed the gym could have used the hot tub. Hotel def in a good area walking distance to anything really My daughter actually took a walk with and said she enjoyed the area.
